Bad bad bad. Don’t get back to people. This is my third call and they don’t return. This is supposed to be our HOA for isles at bayview in Parrish. Reporting them to the Department of business and professional regulations
This company appears to be completely unorganized and incompetent. Like other reviewers, I have Associa one star because you cannot give them zero.
We come for 2 weeks a few times a year - feels like a boutique hotel. Best CAM we have had after sifting though a half dozen over the years.
So far so good.
Edited 11/20/24 - Annette, the president of this company, contacted me and has worked to resolve and improve this situation and communication. While this doesn't change my review, it is important to note that there are efforts underway to improve, and I really appreciated the contact, communication, and steps to ensure progress from here.
