We have lived in Ashford Woods since 2009. Two years after us moving here l, we started having flooding in our yard from stormwater drainage ditch that is a shared responsibility of the HOA and the homeowners. We tried to get some response from the HOA at that time but they told us we could do what we needed to because it was our property. We put up a retaining wall where there had been railroad ties and it helped with the flooding. Zero response. Zero knowledge. Every time I need their assistance they simply close out my request on their platform. This has been happening for years. Even though we have lived here for 6 years, they still have the prior owners' information in our account (yet have no trouble taking our payments). Probably run by kindergarten children, avoid!!

I've lived in this HOA for 34 years and have been a trustee for most of them. This is our HOA's third year with Associa, my first year as president. Associa takes care of our HOA Financial Side only, and it has been a good experience. Mandy has been extremely patient with all the questions I have asked of her. Her answers make sense to me and I am able to do this job better for our large HOA because of her.
