Zero response. Zero knowledge. Every time I need their assistance they simply close out my request on their platform. This has been happening for years. Even though we have lived here for 6 years, they still have the prior owners' information in our account (yet have no trouble taking our payments). Probably run by kindergarten children, avoid!!
Joke of a company
I've lived in this HOA for 34 years and have been a trustee for most of them. This is our HOA's third year with Associa, my first year as president. Associa takes care of our HOA Financial Side only, and it has been a good experience. Mandy has been extremely patient with all the questions I have asked of her. Her answers make sense to me and I am able to do this job better for our large HOA because of her.
Mandy is a very helpful manager here! She helped our neighborhood get very specific signs that mention a protected greenspace no littering and they look fantastic! Associa even put them up in the snow!
Incorrect posting of payments causing late fees and overpayments made by customer Getting no where to receive money returned that was overpaid and late fees
