Associa is absolutely, positively THE worst Condo management company that I've ever worked with. As a property investor I've had my share of experience with condo management firms and Associa has been by far the worst communicators, poorest record keepers, shadiest billers, and unscrupulous busisnesses that I've ever dealt with. They issued inaccurate bills, missed payments that I proved were submitted and then charged bogus legal fees that then (conveniently) manufactured "late fees" and "processing fees" that they refused ... read more
Kim Bowman, Community Associations Manager is truly exceptional! She is incredibly smart, professional and diplomatic. I usually call her in a panic, and she responds immediately. She knows the right people to call to fix problems. They know her, and how seriously she takes her incredible responsibilities. They respond quickly and usually in person. Recently, I sent Kim a panicked e-mail over the weekend, about a possible insurance coverage issue. Her out of office e-mail response informed me of her return to work on Monday.... read more
I have been working with Renee Bell for about the past year. Renee helps manage our HOA organization. I am continuously impressed with her knowledge, and ability to quickly respond to any needs we have in our neighborhood. She works smoothly with our board members and is an asset to our organization. Looking forward to our continued partnership with her.
Renee Bell has been the best property manager we have had during my time as president of our HOA. She is a knowledgeable resource and diligent in staying up to date with issues in our community. Above all, her positive attitude and calmness in dealing with residents makes her effective in de-escalating any situation. She has been very useful in analyzing our budget and explaining the need for an increase to the whole board.
Good grades for Associa lately. We have a new rep, Jennifer Phillips-Jacobus, who is very detail oriented and excellent at follow through. The Lakota Spring HOA Board enjoys working with her.
