By far the worst management company I have ever dealt with in the 16 years in living in my building. No communication, poor response to building issues and then repairs not made correctly unless micromanaged. Our building went with them 1 1/2 years ago because they had the resources to help us get things done. Well, they are slowing than any other company after. Our building is dropping them. If they management a building you are looking at, go elsewhere.
Mimi Goossen has been our community manager for several years. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, responsive and professional. As a resident and board member it has been a privilege to work with Mimi and she is surely an asset to our community and to Associa. Pat Sullivan
