As a realtor and property manager I need to get in touch with Strata Property Managers quite often, and I have to say that Craig definitely stands out. He is very Proffesional and has a surprisingly quick turn around time for returning my calls, in comparison to industry standard.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I have tried to contact this company regarding a financial concern for an entire week through phone calls, voicemails, an email, and contacting headquarters in Dallas, TX. It is with GREAT disappointment that as to date (1/24/25) this company has not responded. Dallas, TX HQ has explained that this sub division or POA branch has NO paid staff to respond to customers concerns but does have an office. This does not make professional sense! I have dealt with eight different management companies in three different homes and this company is THE WORST I have ever encountered. Do whatever you can to not have to deal with anyone from this company. If they start to harass you I would suggest you seek legal assistance to deal with them.
Is corporate dead at the wheel? I'm not sure anyone is managing this place, so unbelievable. Theyve been taking double the HOA fees for two yes, over $2500 and they won't give it back. Then to add fuel on the fire, after I told them to get the F out of my bank account they continued trying to autodraw and when they got a stop payment, they are trying to get me to pay the penalty. They are criminals, incompetent, and so much more. I honestly have no words. Small claims court, here we go...
