Horrible company. They lie to homeowners refuse to answer questions and then say "customer service is doing the best they can". Then they tell you to email them even though you already have emailed them with no response or just being ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR OWNERS TO BE FRUSTRATED AND IGNORED AND LIED TO.
associa..never returns your calls to your needs ...or complaints...but has no problems harassing' you and others..for petty things..They play favorites..for instance a member of the board here violates all the time..what neigbors got fines for..Terrible company
Everything this company does is ILLEGAL. Manager Preston Payne is a horrible worker, absolutely unprofessional. Never responds to e-mails, letters, and phone calls. He and the board made the situation going worse and worse. They are harassing my family that I have been forced to sell my property. They also decided to make rules only for chosen people, segregated the whole community. Now, I with my 8 years old kid, will stay homeless just not to experience discrimination. They never answer the phone, and they take nearly WEEKS to respond to simple inquiries via their contact form. I’m sure they’ll be quick to respond when it involves the fees.
AWFUL, HORRIBLE WORST company hands down. You have an emergency? Good luck getting ahold of anyone. Have a customer service question? They won’t ever return phone calls. I personally have called, emailed and called over and over, over the course of 3 months. Have heard nothing back. Then they try and tack on CRAZY fees because now things are in a time crunch...when documents were attempted to be requested MONTHS and WEEKS ago. If you’re buying a house and the HOA is run through this company, DO NOT BUY IT.

THE WORST PEOPLE WORK AT THIS COMPANY. ROSE JURCZEWSKI THINKS SHES ALL THAT AND MORE. ITS LIKE TALKING TO A WALL. THEY HAVE NO CONCEPTUAL IDEA THAT THINGS CAN HAPPEN OUT OF NOWHERE BUT YET, OUT COMES THE WARNING LETTER AND FINE. ITS LIKE SHE ENJOYS HURTING INDIVIDUALS
