Mariam was very helpful to re-escalate a landscaping issue going on for 3 1/2 months, since May 1. It’s a simple seeding area on a hill that the landscaper refuses to address. I have sent pictures, opened multiple case which end up being closed without addressing, called, and even seeded and fenced off the area myself which grass cutters just run over fencing, turn mower and dig up to mud. I just got off the phone with I believe she said her name was Aisha I told her that I still didn't see where my check had posted even though I mailed it out the 27th of July, she was very helpful she took the time to listen to me and she may suggestions as to how I can always get my payment on time, she was very helpful. The only complaint that I have is that I wish that we could talk to the people who actually handles or the receiving of the HOA payments, in Detroit.
This Associa company is a joke. I have called several times about my dog that was attack by another dog that wasn't leashed. Per our association paperwork. Now I get notices for the stupidest things from this association. First time we moved in my mailbox was knocked down in a prank. But we got a notice 2 days later from the association that we were going to get hit with a fine. Then it was garbage on my porch. Even though they were donations.
