Should be no stars or negative! I have worked with a lot of management companies and this has got to be the worst ever. I just made a payment online and they charge three dollars which is over 9%. You also cannot sign up for auto pay without just paying the association fee so they can put whatever unapproved charges on your account and they would just take out the total balance out of your account without notice which I believe is illegal. They also never take care of anything! I have been waiting 6 months for them to invest... read more
I have waited over a month to receive payment for an invoice they said they would cover. I have called numerous times only to hear that they will reach out when there is an update, which never comes. Even when you visit their office location they act inept. I am very disappointed with the service and the time they have had me waste. My next review is to the BBB.
I have been given the runaround regarding having my driveway replaced since I moved here in 2014! Mind you, this is the original driveway that has been here since the townhomes were built in 1984!
Associa Chicagoland-Schaumburg office. Just AWFUL!! This is exactly why property owners complain. HOA payments are due on a specific day. Rules must be followed or fines are quickly issued. Yet, when there is a maintenance issue, the Associa Chicagoland folks are M.I.A. I followed the process on the portal, submit a request and nothing happens.
