I strongly urge anyone looking to purchase a home managed by associa to speak with neighbors about the board members and those who manage the community. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism I have experienced over the last few weeks regarding a violation dispute. Not only was I NOT able to actually speak directly with a board member or the community manager, but I was also subject to snarky email responses and inconsistent information. Horrible company. They lie to homeowners refuse to answer questions and then say "customer service is doing the best they can". Then they tell you to email them even though you already have emailed them with no response or just being ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR OWNERS TO BE FRUSTRATED AND IGNORED AND LIED TO.
associa..never returns your calls to your needs ...or complaints...but has no problems harassing' you and others..for petty things..They play favorites..for instance a member of the board here violates all the time..what neigbors got fines for..Terrible company
Everything this company does is ILLEGAL. Manager Preston Payne is a horrible worker, absolutely unprofessional. Never responds to e-mails, letters, and phone calls. He and the board made the situation going worse and worse. They are harassing my family that I have been forced to sell my property. They also decided to make rules only for chosen people, segregated the whole community. Now, I with my 8 years old kid, will stay homeless just not to experience discrimination.
