This is a review in support of Bill Houston, our property manager at Lewarde Court. Bill has done a FANTASTIC job for our strata, managing the tasks for us in a difficult year for our strata while juggling his responsibilities for other strata. Most recently he chaired the AGM where there was an important issue that we had to resolve. The AGM was on Monday and he got the AGM minutes to us by Thursday, as well as other tasks related to the AGM. This guy is a keeper!
A garbage company that buries the strata's it manages. Steer clear at all costs, because dealing with them will garenteed cost more.
I retained RHOME to assist me in leasing my rental condo. The leasing agent was professional provided good suggestions and carefully monitored the market and potential tenants. I have now retained them on a management services contract to assist in the ongoing relationship with the tenants and strata. I would recommend
