I’m a tenant at 6455 Willingdon Avenue, and I wanted to bring up some concerns about the building management. Unfortunately, the experience with Holly Mcllean (our property management staff) has been really frustrating. She’s often unresponsive, doesn’t come to the office regularly, and doesn’t reply on time. Unreasonable and rude. They charged us penalty fees for a special levy without writing an invoice and they stated that the strata bylaw does not require the strata to write an invoice and that they can penalize us with late fees as they wish. I admit they gave one single line of notice on page 7 of the 37-page annual strata meeting. Of those 37 pages, this should be in bold for every single tenant, the special levy is $2000+, it's important, so make it clear, not just writing 1 sentence with size 6 font. Horrible service! Can't get in contact with anyone! Everything goes to voice-mail and we have never received a call back. It's a total sham!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I unfortunately own a condo under this strata and the strata manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I pay almost $500 for this awful service. Avoid at all costs if possible.
