Property Management is a tough gig, however, my buildings experience with Assoicia and our PM Ken, has been outstanding. We get more service from Ken and Associa than we have ever had with the two other Property Management companies the building has had in my 9 years at my property. Ken Kantman is our property manager from Associa and he is great. He is friendly and knowledgeable, he responds to our requests in a timely fashion, and he goes above and beyond to help us resolve issues. We are very glad to be working with Ken and Associa.

I have been on our Strata Council for several years. Our Strara is lucky to have Alex Matveev from Associa as our Community Manager . Alex is very knowledgable, fair and compassionate. He knows the SPA, our bylaws, how the CRT works and is also very knowledgeable about what contractors to hire. He treats all owners and residents fairly and kindly. And he has a great sense of humour.! I hope that Alex remains as our Community Manager for several more years.
