I retained RHOME to assist me in leasing my rental condo. The leasing agent was professional provided good suggestions and carefully monitored the market and potential tenants. We noticed carpenter in our in our condo and we got in touch with our Stata Manager Samuel Zimmer over them Sam, was very helpful and very professional in dealing with them and took care of the problem very speedily He did a first class job
Associa has been managing the finances of our building for many years and have done a fantastic job. Our community manager Bruce Adanac is very professional and provides us with great advice and guidance. It would be incredibly difficult for a small Strata like ours to manage ourselves effectively without their support.
We have been with Associa since it was originally called Baywest. I have had exceptional service until the last few years. Impossible to get anyone to answer simple questions. We have an Accounting only service with Associa,yet our property manager assigned to us,is rude and arrogant. He does not read our Council Meetings Minutes under the Accounting only service,yet when I try to bring up the fact that there have been blatant lies in our Council Minutes.
