My biggest complaint is they act like they are JP Morgan rated for customer service when it seems like a greeter at Wal Mart has better customer service training. Absolutely terrible home owners association!! If you're considering them, DON'T. Kramer Triad/Associa does nothing other than take your money. Our HOA has been trying to get a meeting scheduled for over 2 years AND we have no residents on the board when we should have a few! You all should be ashamed of yourselves, all we want is a meeting!!!

Principal Mgmt North Texas- I would give zero stars if I could. I have been living within my community for 5 years. I have been trying to resolve an issue. I recently emailed the rep for my HOA and with no luck of a resolution to my problem. I was re directed to reach out the board members. First off, the board members do no get my payments to post to my ledger. Why would they be a deciding factor in how the payment and charges are dealt with? We have nothing but issues with them. We started off by requesting an inspection of our foundation and patio because the HOA is responsible. The management company continues to to delay inspections and provides bogus excuses for it. They finally got around to fixing our wooden patio and during the 2 1/2 month process that should take maybe 2 days they left rotten wood and rusty nails everywhere.
