Everyone here was AMAZING! This guy that runs this place and his staff are nothing but AMAZING. He was quick efficient and knew his stuff. His staff went above and beyond to make the process as quick as possible. Very nice people. They worked well as a team. I will be buying my next car from AAC.
excellent customer service i experienced excellent customer service at aac-assistive-automotive center the staff was on point the staff had excellent car saleing skills the staff had very good attitudes they listened to what i had to say they was very helpful in helping me make the right decision on what kind of car i needed and that was great for me they also helped me with pricing and payments that was in my budget. Wonderful Experience-Start to finish! I came to know of Assistive through one of my coworkers who had made a purchase through them. Knowing of her circumstances, I thought I'd give them a try as well. I met with Latoya, who showed me two Hyundai's (an Elantra and a Sonata). They were both very clean and well maintatined. I decided on the 2013 sonata and am thrilled. The whole staff was very caring and TRUTHFUL something UNHEARD OF in the world of USED CARS!!! I would ABSOLUTELY tell everyone to give them a try :D
Great Experience! I went to AAC after being unable to finance at some of the larger stores in the area. They had all of the service and none of the overhead of the bigger stores. I got into a 2011 Ford Fusion with low miles that still had factory warranty on it. They whole experience took less than 1 hour at AAC. I spent several days trying to get financed at the big dealership. Thanks AAC! I will be coming back for my next purchase.
