Since they starting providing round-the- clock care for my friend in West Palm Beach several months ago, Assisting Hands has done a great job. His three designated care-givers are very reliable: they show up every day on time. They are skilled in their care-giving and attentive to his needs, particularly his main daytime helper. The business is also run very professionally, and they are very willing to address issues as they arise. I highly recommend them.
Assisting Hands of Palm Beach County has provided home help for my wife while we are in Florida for about 10 days. The aide that was provided is well trained and helpful. I highly recommend Assisting Hands without reservation. Marina and her staff, Rose and Carly, were compassionate and highly responsive to my mother’s needs especially as her needs increased dramatically after a hospitalization and ultimately ended in end-of-life care. Her primary caregiver, Lolene was extremely professional, caring and competent and always tried to brighten my mother’s day. It was incredibly reassuring to know our mom had the help she needed. We are incredibly grateful to everyone at Assisting Hands.
