My experience with Assisting Hands was awesome! They provided excellent support as I was caring for my elderly father at the end of his life. I was especially grateful for Madison, who came five days a week for two months. I knew that my dad was in good hands with her, and I was able to leave the house or catch up on sleep without any worries. The staff in the office were kind and responsive every time I called. I honestly could not have managed without Assistnig Hands and I would highly recommend them.
Owner unprofessional. They do not cover shifts. Don't even let u know. Consistently hire new clients don't cover existing. Want always send caregivers with no experience. I gave week notice. They sent care Giver that could not help lift up my Mom to her walker they sent her home said they didn't want medical bills on care giver.Didnt cover rest week.

They ask the impossible of their poorly trained staff. I had zero training, and for reference, spent the last 22 years of my life as a bartender. They hired me on spec, and when I quit, due to not being properly trained/paid to deal with a catheter, they had me sign a paper that said I "didn't follow directions," and was "disrespectful." Um, what? I couldn't get my final paycheck without signing. Gross mismanagement
