I have been using Assisting Hands to transport my mother, who lives in assisted living, to doctor's appointments when I am unable to take her myself. They have been responsive, reliable, and very understanding throughout the process. Assisting Hands is a wonderful support for my senior friend, that I am responsible for, who has both cognitive needs and medical issues. At the same time, they have supported me following my orthopedic surgery. Courtney has suggested supports through Medicare that otherwise I would not have known about. Assisting Hands Home Care in Kinnelon is exceptional. Owner and operator, Danielle Olsen is patient, kind, and truly listens to what her clients need, and her staff is incredibly reliable and caring. Courtney even went above and beyond by checking whether my mother-in-law was eligible for Medicare coverage --such a thoughtful help. There is no better help for your parents -- highly recommend.
