Overall, my experience with Assisting Hands has been positive. With getting acclimated to any healthcare agency there may be a few things that may not be perfect. I can say that when I had an issue, Jamie (Director of Nursing) was very instrumental in resolving issues that surfaced. She was honest in being accountable and ensuring she had a solution. Further, she was honest and upfront about any issues at hand.
