Overall, my experience with Assisting Hands has been positive. With getting acclimated to any healthcare agency there may be a few things that may not be perfect. I can say that when I had an issue, Jamie (Director of Nursing) was very instrumental in resolving issues that surfaced. She was honest in being accountable and ensuring she had a solution. I want to share how grateful I am for the incredible caregivers who support me. I'll never find another caregiver like Sherri Sessums. She is so attentive, patient and understands what I need. She takes me to all my doctor appointments and we always have the best time on our outings. My favorite visits were the Botanical Gardens Butterfly Exhibit and our trip to Glen Rose Dinosaur World, those trips will always mean so much to me. Hayley Broadway is just as wonderful.
