We truly live our caregiver Melody U. She is so thoughtful and helpful. She is always willing to help. My husband appreciates her help and her personality. What a great fit for our family, even giving the pupper attention. Happy holidays to you all!
Since signing up with Assisting Hands June 19, 2025, we have had nothing but the best care for my dad. Every member of the personnel from the owners, care coordinator , schedulers to each caregiver has given top rate attention to his needs. All with tender love and care. This is the worst, most uncaring company I have ever worked for. Please do not waste your time with them as an employer. I’m sure they provide great caregivers, because I have been one. I am not valued as an employee and it shows. My first shift out of training, I drove from Arlington to Everman. I followed the (terrible) care plan notes for the client’s house. I like this agency as they are communicative with always keeping me informed of schedules and opportunities. My care manager Ms Goldie is always responding to me, and offering me input to better help my parents. My care giver, Valeriia Pashchenko, has been a godsend. She's thorough and keeps me updated with our onsite whiteboard with items to add to my grocery or shopping list for my parents. Thank you all! As a working daughter it is comforting to know my parent's best interest is at heart w this agency.
My wife and I have had exceptional care from the Care Manager, Amanda Castagneto and the myriad of care givers associated with Assisting Hands of Mansfield. This team has been of great help with my wife, suffering from dementia, with in home care for an extended time and afterward in the transition moving to a local memory care facility.
