Assisting Hands Frederick took care of my parents for over 4 years. From just day work to round the clock coverage when my Mom was in Home Hospice. All the aides were thoughtful, caring, and compassionate. For which I am truly grateful. The staff and office personnel were very easy to talk with and handled any issues that arose with respect and professionalism. I appreciate all everyone did for my parents and family. I highly recommend using them.

Needed help after joint replacement surgery. Hired Assisting Hands and was quickly set up with lots of nice women who helped with everything,. Laundry, dishes, pill reminders, meal prep and meals, and they did it all with smiles and encouragement. The office staff communicated well and was a pleasure to deal with. I truly appreciate all of the staff and how much they cared. They even checked on me after services ended to make sure I was still doing ok.

I used Assisting Hands for my sister who had been hospitalized for 5 months before she moved in with me and my husband. I had spoken to 3 Health aide providers services. I liked them immediately. We used their services for 4 months and they were always responsive to our needs and schedule. They were great at providing schedules and any changes in a timely fashion. They provided daily notes from the providers. The providers that worked with us were attentive and caring. We could not have been happier with them’

Professional, helpful, kind, patient, administratively sound-Holly is solid gold. Their only desire is to be of service and their fees are reasonable and fair. I couldn't think more highly of them than I do.
