Everyone, please do pay attention to the one star reviews. They are there for a reason. As someone who has worked here before, I'd be careful. Please make sure to look at more agencies before settling with this one. Don't regret it. Communication? Horrible. And I don't mean just the caregivers having that problem. But also many of the clients and families have many communication issues with the office. Unorganized and very unprofessional as well.
