this is the worst home care i ever had they all lie and have many no shows. i have had at least 50 no shows and when i call they tell you they will look into it and then when the aid shows up the next day i asked them if they got the call from the office on why they never showed they all have told me they never got a call.only a copuple time they have. 2 days ago betty the aid refused to shave me and help me with my cathheter after 15 min i told her to go i do not want her. ... RecommendedThe aides that cared for my mother are TOP NOTCH! They had the utmost respect for mom, and the aides became a part of our family. The aides from Assisting Hands were very professional, courteous and were always arriving to mom’s place on time. I want Assisting Hands to take care of me when the need arises, but I hope I don’t need them too soon! Thank you Assisting Hands! Mom loved her caregiver, who told stories and drew Mom out. I often found them laughing together. It provided me with the time I needed to get some tasks done, since Mom's Alzheimer's had reached the point that she could not be on her own for longer than a few minutes.
