I am a resident care coordinator for a local assisted living facility . I have a few residents that use this company for private duty care, for several reasons . We had an excellent experience with Assisting Hands. Kimberly in the office was truly amazing and supportive throughout our 10-month journey while our father was on hospice. She coordinated care and handled challenges with ease and was so gracious. Whenever we called, the staff who answered were helpful. And the caregivers were outstanding. Truly committed and compassionate. Would highly recommend this company!
Assisting Hands provided unbelievable help for my parents and for my dad during his rapid decline and recent passing. They were able to provide top-notch care at every phase of our journey, and on incredibly short notice.
