The caregivers were good and we were satisfied. We just had a lot of turnovers, which got difficult for us to adjust, esp my husband who they had to take care of. Also we had some minor issues with a couple of them, but in general, we were satisfied.
Tri and his team are truly a gift. When we first spoke with Tri I wondered, silently to myself, if he was "too good to be true". Allow me to assure you that he is not. He kept every promise to me and made certain that we had the best possible care. He is very "hands on"; someone is always available by phone or text. Tri and his team are caring, compassionate and professional. I spoke with other agencies prior to engaging Assisting Hands. All I can say is don't waste your time. Look no further; these are the people you need.
