The staff at this location has demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and kindness. Catie is amazing with my mom and having the consistency of one caretaker makes a world of difference for both my mom and me. They consistently respond to our inquires. Each caregiver greets my mom respectfully and engages in conversation at the start of every shift, which has helped her feel more comfortable accepting their assistance. Care has been wonderful. We have tried 3 different agencies and this one has been far and away the best. Very hands on attentive and flexible. Our helper Katie is the best and takes excellent care of my father. Thank you

My mother needed help living alone prior to a nursing home. Assisted Living met with she and I and quickly provided the help we asked for. Katie Gamble made my mother comfortable during her visits with conversation and physical home keeping assistance. This allowed myself and sister comfort as we each lived far away.

Friendly, very responsive & knowledgeable staff. Always answers phones even on weekends or after-hours if a problem or concern were to come up during a shift. I highly recommend applying for a caregiver position. Competitive pay and very accommodating when scheduling caregivers with clients!! Just a pleasure to work here at Assisting Hands Chester County South.
