The worst...do not trust them. Will take your deposit and will refuse to return after services are ended. We have taken legal action because of this poor unethical company.
Everyone from the office staff to the nurses to the caregivers are extremely dedicated to making sure the clients have a great experience. Very compassionate, knowledgeable people that I would definitely trust with my family members and friends.
Assisting Angels Homecare is there for family members, Alzheimer Caregivers and Seniors who need assistance. They truly care about the quality and high standards of service. I would recommend Assisting Angels to any of my family or friends.
Everyday I saw the same woman come to help my elderly neighbor. After stopping and talking to my neighbor and her one day, I realized that it was actually this company coming to help her with her normal day schedule so that she could stay at home. I really thought that was neat that she did not have to leave her home and could stay so independent. My mom has lived in the same neighborhood in Ohio for her whole adult life. So when it became obvious that she required an a senior caregiver to perform basic tasks it was important that she didn't leave her comort zone.Thankfully, the caregivers at Home Care Assistance came to her at her home. They were extremely nice and helpful. Clearly HCA is the best choice!
I contacted Home Care Assistance in need of someone to help care for my mother. Kathleen came out to my house and met with me. I was very impressed with her responsiveness and professionalism. I had contacted several home care companies and none of the others were as passionate about helping people as Kathleen and her team were. The caregiver they sent was very caring and bonded quickly with my mother. I highly recommend Home Care Assistance.
