Great staff. Arnold is Great with patients.
I have used Assisteo for my family members and they have always provided great care and communication. Assisteo has gone above and beyond for my family. We have had other agencies in the past however I would recommend Assisteo above any of the other agencies I have used.
Nurses,CNA’s, and PT assistant were very kind, engaged, and communicative. Management and the office is negligent, unresponsive , and unprofessional at best. This company avoids and screens phone calls, cancels services without communicating with the client or family, and has blamed nurses and the patient for their negligence. If a patient has a caregiver private pay they have the right to utilize their insurance benefits to meet their needs. They cancelled Medicare approved CNA visits . They never were able to schedule an appointment for us and were rude on the phone I strongly suggest you look for a different therapist
Christy and the staff at Assisteo go above and beyond to help their patients. In an ever changing healthcare world, it’s nice to have a great company to rely on. We had a mutual patient, and Christy was able to manage an unforeseen circumstance in a timely, professional and most importantly caring manner that helped ease the burden of care for the family.
