I cannot recommend. Very unprofessional.
I am not happy with the service my brother is getting from the staff. The lady that comes to help him doesn't know how to hookup a wound vac. She talks about things she shouldn't. She doesn't come when she says she will. Just altogether not happy.
I am the caregiver of Ralph Noble, 5315 Hwy. 903 n, Snow Hill, nc. I just want to share with you how awesome your staff has been with helping my Uncle Ralph. Julie Wall, Kathryn Danielson, Leslie Pate, and Loren Mumford. They helped so much, each one had their own personality, and made him smile, and work very hard for his recovery. They were all a blessing to him. Thank you.
