Even though I may not work for Assisted Residential Services. I know that the people who work there care for their clients and workers. Even if others may not agree, I'd say these guys know what they're doing and I hope they stay strong and continue to shine bright in the world we live in.
Absolutely love this place. It's nice to finally be at a place that treats people with respect, best communication I've ever seen and the best client care!!
Even though I have not been here long, I can honestly say this company is amazing to work for. I have seen them bend over backwards to assist in training their employees. They try to give everyone a second chance and always try to find new ways to improve their policies and systems. I have found a place where I feel comfortable and enjoy the individuals I work with including the amazing clients we have :)
