As smooth as smooth can be. Mark, at Assisted Living Locators, researched a number of facilities that he knew would fit our requirements and he was spot on. Within a few weeks my wife relocated to one that he recommended, and we couldn't be more pleased as to how it all turned out. Without hesitation I give Mark and his company five gold stars.

When someone you love has an accident that initially results in trauma ICU followed by regular hospital then ??????, you realize how little experience you have in arranging for the care required after the hospital. Mark is someone who genuinely cares for those he serves and also knows so much about assisted living options and rehab facilities. He was a gift from God to help us navigate through difficult decisions for the follow up care for my mother-in-law. He is a trusted resource.

Mark is a knowledgeable and upbeat guide through the world of Senior Living. He has visited every location multiple times and can provide "inside" information on the staff, the quality of the food, and the overall vibe of each place. He listens carefully to what you want, organizes the tours for you, and then wants to hear feedback on your impressions. Such a relief, as we were overwhelmed and tired! Call him!
