I have to say that when I first started searching for a facility for my dad I was completely overwhelmed with the different types of facilities and trying to determine the best fit for him. Ryan has been a godsend to me as I have had to temporarily take responsibility for two cousins who have dementia. He has stepped in to give advice, make connections and arrangements, meet with my cousins, help me locate important documents in their house and talk to a daughter in Montana.
