My daughter attended with my disabled grandson who needs help to walk was told he isn’t disabled so can’t help with equipment but was then told to come back when he receives his EHCP and then he can have the equipment to help him walk so doesn’t make sense either he’s disabled or he’s not

Brilliant staff here, nothing too much trouble. Overall a very useful service they provide. Had dealings with wheelchair services mainly and they are great. :-)
