One of my relatives is a client who has a case worker named Melissa Bernardini. I don’t like the fact that she comes over smelling like patchouli that’s masking the marijuana odor emitting from her. Please give everyone including the supervisors a drug test, it’s hard enough for my family to deal with drugs we don’t need anymore outside influences that’s supposed to be professional in this line of work
I recently opened services for case management and had texted forms and questions and concerns to my new caseworker, when I called her boss to let her know what I had found out about switching pharmacies, I got chewed out for texting my caseworker too much! I have had previous caseworkers and not once did I ever get scolded for texting forms or questions to them. I was not impressed with the attitude I got from the manager. I have read other reviews from people and I must say that my experience so far has not been good
