The worst experience that I have ever had trying to sell a house. The realtor assigned to me was inexperienced, self centered, and only focused on the financial gains of the buyers realtor. Unfortunately you get what you’re willing to pay for in a service such as Assist2Sell. Fortunately I did not end up paying them for the lack luster service they provided. They failed in selling my home.
I’m a seller who was looking for a listing agent. I was assigned to Amanda. She cancelled our introductory appointment TWICE! I guess you get what you pay for.
Amanda is such a rude, unpleasant person.
Amanda McNeely was our realtor and she was AMAZING! Not only did she sell our house at full price in 3 days, but we closed super fast with zero issues. She was courteous, efficient, reliable and dependable. She was there for every phone call and text. She kept us posted on everything that was happening every step of the way. I will definitely use Amanda again. She also helped to refer us to a great loan officer (Kevin Edwards) who saved us a lot of money and got the job done fast and efficiently. Cheap for a reason. Basically expect to do everything yourself aside from being posted on MLS, that's it. A competitor? Not quite! You can deny it all you want your service is horrible with Trudy. No knowledge and no drive to help, bare minimum.
