Sean was great throughout the whole process. He came over and chatted about the process, how our house stacked up against the market (tight buyer's market), and what we should do to get ready, and had some comps for us to review. Sean Richey was absolutely wonderful during the whole process of selling my parents' home. I live in another city, and he gave great advice. From setting a reasonable selling price, to helping me find tradesmen for necessary repairs, to following up on everything needed in order to make a short closing date, he made what could have been an ordeal into a much easier process.
