My experience here was with a gentleman named Carlos. Honestly, I had very low expectations walking in. Carlos changed the way I view everything in the customer service field. Not only was his professionalism above and beyond anything I have ever dealt with, but he dealt with customers on a personal level as well. Absolutely the BEST in-store customer service assistance I’ve ever experienced through ANY phone provider hands down! The staff on hand thoroughly answered EVERY question and concern I could think of and has made understanding the services and devices they provide as simple and fast as possible! Highly recommend! If it’s Carlos working then there’s NOBODY better! Very efficient and professional in his craft, no doubt about it!

In a day where customer service is non-existent Carlos at Assist Wireless in south Oklahoma City helped me switch carriers with ease & I kept my number. Carlos is an asset for this company. Fantastic explanation & service.
