I am not one to post reviews but Jeremy and Zack were fantastic and honest. I had issues with the eaves/roof line (see attached) not being installed properly on my covered patio which was discovered by critter control. After receiving 2 bids from other roofers telling me I needed to replace my entire roof on my 5 year old home, I reached out to Assist Roofing. I have had nothing but good experiences. They are always responsive and able to come out to take care of any problems that come up. Zack has been to my house a number of different times for different leaks and problems. He's very communicative, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will continue to only use Assist for anything roof related in the future.
Last year we had a bunch of wind and rain that came through my area and ripped off shingles and my roof was leaking. I unfortunately had State Farm Insurance. Justin helped me in every possible way to make things right with State Farm. I'm no longer with State Farm, but will forever be a customer with Assist Roofing! They did an excellent job of replacing my roof, Justin made me feel like I was very important and not just another customer. Zach was honest and forthright with the repair needed for my small roof leak compared to the previous 5 roofing companies. He did the repair on the spot so I will no longer worry about it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. Forever in my gratitude.
