Because of covid my father was refusing to go to the ER or urgent care after injuring his shoulder. Assist Home Health Care worked tirelessly to have a nurse practitioner come to their home to assess him and have his shoulder xrayed in their home. It wasn't easy because of my father's insurance but they would not give up. They were communicating with me as late as 8 pm with updates. I was amazed at their commitment to find a solution. were

The physical therapist at the Assist Nursing Agency helped my elderly mother get back on her feet after her fall. They taught her to walk properly with the walker and most of all instilled safety in my mother who in the past was very careless. My mother looked forward to her visits even though she was forgetful, she always remembered the physical therapist's name and spoke about her kindness.
