I don’t know how this company gets away with this. We were told Tuesday that we had a floater coming by noon on Wednesday Today is Thursday 3pm and still waiting on one. My mom needs help. She is approved for 27 hours. Last week and this week we had an aide one day for four hours. Absolutely horrible. They can’t get anyone to my house to help with my mom. No call or texts either. I should not have to call them to find out if anyone is coming.
The office staff is incompetent, abrupt,argumentative, rude,abrupt & unprofessional. The system is antiquated. I was a client & they NEVER inform you of changes until it's too late. I wouldn't refer this company to my worst enemy.
I am a client of theirs and the employees they have sent to me I have always been extremely well their temporary home care providers are extremely polite and even though they're not able to complete my full amount of hours that I received for the entire week these two hours that they can work for you they have always done more than what I predicted they would be able to do.. and the company did find me full time home care provider and I have been completely happy with them I did eventually have my daughter to get employment ... read more
What can be said but, NOPE!!!!! Try another agency.
