Paula the owner is very hot tempered! When my mother wouldn't adjust the schedule for her 2 part-time caregivers to accommodate the owners request, the owner became irritated and said "I'm taking her away then" she then became vindictive and said "in fact I'll take them both away from you". The whole situation was handled very unprofessional and then became childish. Has no problem swindling thousands of dollars away from elderly who can take care of themselves, but just want the mental companionship. Aides actually take longer breaks then paid for. Not always there and expect to be paid. Make elderly scared to call owner because they have a hot temper and will kick them out of the program. Absolute joke. Will be reporting to the BBB.
