U know you go out on a limb expecially after reading nothing but good reviews but never again! Everyone please do your research they charge a flat fee supposably but that’s not the case and if anything happens to go wrong You better forget having someone professional on your side. We used Assist 2 Sell to sell our home. Stewart Johnson was our agent and we were quite pleased with everything he and his company had to offer. The best part is that we didn't pay the regular 6% fee. Stewart was pleasant to work with, professional, knowledgeable and patient. We would definitely use him again if we needed to buy or sell.
