I hired them to manage my property. They failed. They allowed the tenants to neglect watering, killing grass and trees. They were not responsive at all to the tenants complaints. Slow responses and such were annoying, poor choices of contractors took several trips to resolve simple issues, but when it came time to move out they showed their true colors. Texas law is super clear about Security deposits being returned within 30 days of the surrender of the property. "Section 92.103 states: the landlord shall refund a security deposit to the tenant on or before the 30th day after the date the tenant surrenders the premises."
