One word. Pretzel. Love coming out of each class feeling challenged and drenched in sweat. Assets really goes above and beyond in technique - the teachers are very knowledgeable and attentive, appreciate the hands-on approach, great for anyone new to Barre!
Assets is a great workout, and it is fun and fast. It really focuses on specific body parts and is an all over workout.
I don't live in the area but whenever I am in SLO I take some classes. Great workouts, good teachers. It's fun and definitely gets you in shape!
I love Assets! All the instructors are amazingly supportive and WANT to see you improve. I've had bad experiences in other classes (yoga in particular) where instructors were so forcefully corrective that I felt scolded and it ruined the fun of the workout for me. Not only are all the instructors at Assets encouraging and supportive, but they each offer a different degree of difficulty, making it ideal for you to take a variety of classes. Also?
