If I could give zero stars, I would. Asset Roofing looks professional on the surface, but behind the scenes it’s a mess. They’ve been hit with massive fines for safety violations and even had a worker fall off a roof due to lack of protection. Turns out they also owe hundreds of thousands in unpaid wages and insurance premiums. That alone should be a red flag. HOMEOWNER BEWARE! I urge homeowners to be cautious with Asset Roofing. The company has been fined over $300K for serious safety violations, including a roofer falling off a two-story home due to lack of fall protection. They also owe over $500K to Washington L&I, which includes unpaid wages, unpaid workers’ comp premiums, and previous safety penalties. Took my money; didn’t finish project. Asset Roofing replaced my roof and gutters in January/February. While the work itself appears excellent, I’m extremely frustrated because the gutter project has not been completed to my satisfaction. The gutters seem fine, but the fascia—the part connecting the house to the gutters—looks terrible. It’s a white color matching the gutters and trim of the house, but there are ugly gray seams on the fascia which make it look dirty and unsightly. although the work I had completed was acceptable. I had numerous communication problems both during and after. I was supposed to get contacted about my billing after the job was completed. It has now been over a week since and I have just been informed that my financing has already started. Great job guys.
