I've paid them $50K for a deposit for a large commercial roofing project. Despite numerous emails and phone calls I still don't have a firm project start date. They were extremely responsive up front on the sales side, but as soon as it moved to someone managing the project and communicating the schedule and plans it's complete silence.
My issues with Asset Roofing began with their scheduling and communication. Poor Scheduling: After agreeing to the contract, I had to chase them relentlessly to get a date. I made repeated calls over a two-week period (I have all emails and messages), but the team was unresponsive, only saying "hold on." Hope they reroof better than they drive. Maniac on 405 weaving in and out of lanes, crossing into the toll lane, and tailgating everyone.
Project started well, multiple concerns with workmanship of finished roof. I’m now being ignored after paying 95% of my project. I’m told there will be a punch list of concerns that will be addressed but none of my contacts answer my emails or their phone. Very disappointing as these folks came recommended.
My wife and I chose Asset Roofing after we had a couple different bids, and they didn’t disappoint. From start to finish, quality service and care. The PM Junior and his crew were amazing and very helpful. I’d highly recommend.
