In all my 50 years of having work done I have never encountered such poor professionalism. Tipp was paid by insurance money and it took forever to get the roof it was wrong color. He offer to compensate by giving us a $1,000 refund. My husband and I are both over 70 years old . He lives 4 doors down from us and passes by our house several times a day. Beware because you will not be able to collect . This has now been 2 years. Be sure to make a complaint with the BBB
TRRP NEVER PAYS EMPLOYEES MY HUSBAND WORK DOING ROOFS FOR HIM AND ITS BEEN A YEAR AND HE HAVENT PAY HIM HE LIES AND LIES
Asset Roofing (Tripp Allison) and I entered into a contract for a roof replacement in October of 2020 and I have yet to see or hear from anyone. I have tried calling multiple times and the times he did answer he said he would look into it and get back in touch with me. Now the phone is disconnected and their website is no longer up. I suppose my next step is to take legal actions against him and the company if it's still around. Very disappointing!
Hired Tripp Allison back in April 2020. He was paid half down and he never done anything. He started telling me supplies was shortage then he said he was coming out and then never would show up. Tripp said in November 2020 Thanksgiving week he would have the job done. Well he never showed up and would not answer my calls.
