Very kind and well informed
I very happy with my agent Courtney. It has been a pain trying to speak with machines, and with people who you do not understand. When I called before to Aetna I wasn't getting the right answers. I got Courtney as an agent my nerves have been so much better she is the best. I have referred her to so many others. Please continue to hire more agents like her who care about us older people. 🙏🙏❤️
I was unsure of all the different plans available to me for Medicare advantage plans plus I also needed to sign up for part B. We were directed to Asset Protectors and when we were put in touch with Cortney she was absolutely the best. She explained all the plans very well and gave good guidance on what would work best for me. She also helped me get signed up for part B and all just in time. Cortney has been just great to work with!!
