We have been working with Asset Property Services for over 8 years now. They are absolutely wonderful! They are extremely prompt with any maintenance issues and always available to help. The office staff is always friendly and responsive. Chris In maintenance is super reliable and does great work!! Would highly recommend Asset Property.
These people are absolutely the worst!! They lie and tell you anything to get off the phone or out of the office and never follow through. I'm missing a piece of the medicine cabinet in one of my bathrooms they have yet to return or fix. I am also waiting for the correct pool passes. The amenities are included in my rent which is paid every month on time and I should never be denied access. These people are incompetent and unprofessional. Don't deal with them if you can help it!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
