I had a regional (AF) reach out to me last week for a teams interview. I agreed and about 9:30 that night she asked if 2 the next day was fine. I had to move around some things, but I made it work. The regional missed the interview. I reached back out to remind her, but she didn't reply until the next day asking what the best phone number to reach me at was. This is the worst run company I have ever delt with and I am 57. There are so many ways they dropped the ball it would be laborious to articulate. Trust me when I tell you to run from these folks wether you are a renter or an owner.

Wexler Apartments, Sacramento was given the greenlight by public officials like Congresswoman Doris O. Matsui and Sacramento Regional Transit District and they used the opportunity to prey on young students, with illegal predatory leasing practices. My daughter is still under threat from these people for a year long lease that was coerced under the guise of the on-line rental application. I live in one of your properties - Cahaba Grandview in Birmingham, AL. I've been here 6 years and like my apartment. But there are problems. Had a roof leak and then a burst pipe. As result, there is BLACK MOLD inside my walls and likely underneath my floor too. Management promised to remediate the mold. But now 11 months later, they have not kept their promise. I am complaining of Unprofessional and ethical Lease Management. Also Retaliation. Nit picking me on the smallest things that made my life hell living here. I have rented here since 2017 had no issues with old management until there was stray cat population that was infesting the property because people in my building are still feeding them. If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst management team. If you have issues don't contact management because they will never get back with you. Extremely rude and argumentative. The president himself doesn't have the decency to call you back if you leave a message. Rude and inconsiderate of people's money and time. They are shady in the way they handle their issues as well.
