I applied for a house and paid the application fee. I got an email saying they would reach out to me shortly about my application. Never heard from them and the house is now off the market. That really sucks because cancer has really drained my bank account and I’m trying to move and don’t have money to be stolen like that.
I've been a resident at a property they manage in Fort Worth for over 2 years. Our primary parking gate has been stuck open for over a month now. Might as well reclassify as a non-gated community
I've been renting from them for a year and a half and I have nothing but positive things to say. Quick with maintenance requests, very friendly and personable, very responsive and overall provides a very smooth rental experience for me and my dog. I definitely recommend them to all my local friends when they are looking for new rentals.

Rented two different homes from them for about 4 years through college. Never had issues, maintenance was always quick and they would often double check later and make sure everything was still ok after a fix. Full disclosure: Haven’t rented from them since 2020, but still think a 5* is warranted given how great they were during my time with them
