Anytime I would call the number listed the people were very rude and dissmisive. The person that oversees the property I used to live at Iconic Village, never answers the phone and never returns the call. For context the apartment flooded and the property manager and staff knew the apartments flooded and did not disclose this in the lease. They are violating a Texas State law by doing so. I applied for a house and paid the application fee. I got an email saying they would reach out to me shortly about my application. Never heard from them and the house is now off the market. That really sucks because cancer has really drained my bank account and I’m trying to move and don’t have money to be stolen like that.

I've been renting from them for a year and a half and I have nothing but positive things to say. Quick with maintenance requests, very friendly and personable, very responsive and overall provides a very smooth rental experience for me and my dog. I definitely recommend them to all my local friends when they are looking for new rentals.
This company is perfect if you want to be ignored, belittled and completely disrespected. Thank you for teaching us a very valuable lesson on how to avoid THE WORST landlords we have ever encountered. When I went to tour this apartment they took advantage of me, assuming I was a naive college student. They assured me that the temperature would be cool even though there was one window unit, they would answer all maintenance requests and help out the best they could.
