RecommendedI had rented from asset management for over a year. I put in a work order and they came out instantly to fix it. Anytime I had an issue they were willing to come fix it ASAP . I had a great experience with asset . (To each their own.) I did all that was asked as a tenant and they did all on their part as the management. You guys are a horrible company anyone reading this don't go through them they will try and fuck you up and down and blame you for shit you didn't do they pick on minoritys I had a dog here for no more then 2 mins and they charge us 50 dollars so fuck you people have been living here with dogs yet they pick on me and my wife don't go through them
I had to give one star in order to comment on this page but if the option to give this business a negative star I would do it in a heart beat. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT rent anything from this company. One star is far to much after Lindsey's unprofessionalism, swearing & threats, but there was not an option for no stars. Please read all the negative comments & reviews on Asset Management. Also, if you have been wronged by them file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My daughter is currently renting a unit at Willow Brook Apartments from Asset Management. ***WARNING*** DO NOT...I stress...DO NOT rent from this ASSet Management company!!!! Debbie Forsyth and Greg Forsyth are the most unprofessional, crooked, unresponsive, extremely rude people that I have ever meet. They use unethical and deceptive business practices to take advantage of college students. The properties that they manage are marginal at best and they are not interested in doing anything except collecting rent plus exorbitant made up fees. They will not answer the phone or show up on site to manage renter issues... read more
If I could give them negative, I would. They charged us $400 for something that wasn't even true. We had black widows and mice in our apartment, and they wouldn't even provide us screens for our windows. The refrigerator was broken. Never rent from them. They are shady people who only care about the pay check.
