My family has been working with Bill and Marianna for close to 20 years. They have been invaluable thought partners when deciding how best to manage rental property and advising through the housing crisis and most recently the COVID pandemic. They are just great people and pillars of their community.
DO NOT RENT FROM BILL & MARIANA, Asset management! Check Yelp reviews…and look elsewhere. You will avoid rodent infestations, neglected rental houses, and unread emails, voicemails that you’ll never get answered.
Check out their Yelp reviews. That says it all. As a renter you may be on the fence about renting from them - definitely do not do it. My first bad review on Google. I would highly recommend against getting involved with Asset Management. We had to sue to get a fair share of our deposit back. They made it difficult every chance they could - they even attempted to counter-sue us! In terms of what is right/wrong, they seem to live in a different world.
