It's been almost three weeks since our trash was emptied. Management told us that a crew was coming to take care of it. No one ever showed. It's wet and stinky and im not sure why we pay rent. It's unsanitary and unpleasant and our rent went up this month.

The worst kind of “property manager” can be found here. Not sure ours even knows where the building is. Trash hasn’t been collected in 20 days today. This is a public health hazard. I’ve had to file a complaint with the city. I honestly would give them 0 stars. They’re the WORST.

I lived in Carbone off of 39th and Penn Ave. I loved my apt. The studios are a perfect size for one person and the price can't be beat for living in Westport. Walking distance from all the shops on 39th as well as on Westport road. I'm moving out of KC for work or I would have stayed.

The worst management company. Run by unprofessional individuals who talk to you inappropriately. They are of zero help. I had my car stolen and they didn’t help me in the slightest even though they have resources to help get clues

Extremely unprofessional. Voided two lease agreements after I’d signed them. First due to a “clerical error” where they offered a one bedroom, however the unit was actually a two bedroom. After verbally agreeing that I was ok paying an increased rent for the two bed, they sent me the second lease agreement, which I signed. Two days later, I was informed that the unit was no longer available because the current occupant had decided to stay.
