Some of these reviews must be from people who didn't follow the guidelines their finance company or the recovery company gave them. Our vehicle was unfortunately repossessed due to financial issues and I found the Tampa location to be nothing but courteous, informative and completely professional about the entire process. We got our vehicle back in the same condition it left in as well as all our belongings inside the vehicle. At the end of the day these people are just doing their jobs.
Awesome repo company
Weird place vehicles are hide in their back yard. If they run a "legal business" why do they ask for CASH ONLY as a payment. They take care of you outside the building through a window. My son's car was repoed on a Thursday we came in on Monday the lady said the car is at a Auction already. My son still have missing stuff and family pics that he had in the car. I think this place should be investigated.
My vehicle was in there yard and I had a brand new vicking train horn kit installed in my truck. I was told if it was bolted down it could not come off the vehicle like my new tool box loaded with tools. Sure enough I got my vehicle back and my kit was stolen. These people steal from you beware of these snakes there employees are thief's................................... My lock on my toolbox also broken equipment stolen as well. Rude, were not as cautious with property as they should be. I'm sure the companies that hire them are happy with their efforts but from the other side of the fence they could use a bit more care. Their procedure to recover property I found to be overly complicated. They are very secretive about their location and should realize a short web search gives up all their locations.
