I went into their shop thinking , I had a virus on my laptop. He said the message I was getting on my laptop that my virus protection had expired? Being it expired , I end up purchasing their virus protection program. He repaired it on the spot , and I was really happy with it and I left very happy. I will go back to them again..Thank you again.

I'm giving them a three-star rating for the initial bad communications. However, once we got that straightened out, they were Johnny-on-the-Spot; the computer is humming right along like new (or almost new, it's four years old). Put it through its paces over the weekend and it performing beautifully. I will be giving them more business and make sure we're clear on the communications next time.
