I'm giving them a three-star rating for the initial bad communications. However, once we got that straightened out, they were Johnny-on-the-Spot; the computer is humming right along like new (or almost new, it's four years old). Put it through its paces over the weekend and it performing beautifully. I will be giving them more business and make sure we're clear on the communications next time. I have never claimed to be tech savvy; I am not ignorant. My iPhone locked up which meant access to my tax software was not possible. Did I say during tax season? The gentleman that took my phone didn’t have a name on his shirt. He did solve the issues promptly and asked for a 5-star review! No fee mind you!! This review may be worth something and maybe not.
