Caelen Hume at Assertive Northwest is a standout property manager. We’ve worked with her on multiple painting projects across several buildings, and every job has run smoothly because of her. She’s efficient, responsive, and gets things moving without unnecessary delays. On top of that, she’s genuinely great to work with. Highly recommend both Caelen and Assertive Northwest as a property management company.
I wanted to share my experience using Assertive Northwest. I really like their communication system between strata council, property manager and owners. Out of curiosity I looked over Assertive's reviews, and feel compelled to provide a different opinion. I have served on a number of strata corporations managed by a variety of companies for over two decades. I feel Assertive meets my expectations of a professional property management company. We move out from 602 como lake Ave. 3 weeks ago, the starta manager is so rude to yelling to us, we complain to the management company, but they did not have any follow up and keeping daying that is our fault without any investigation! Poor service!
