Out of curiosity I looked over Assertive's reviews, and feel compelled to provide a different opinion. I have served on a number of strata corporations managed by a variety of companies for over two decades. I feel Assertive meets my expectations of a professional property management company. We move out from 602 como lake Ave. 3 weeks ago, the starta manager is so rude to yelling to us, we complain to the management company, but they did not have any follow up and keeping daying that is our fault without any investigation! Poor service!
Rude and unprofessional service
TLDR: We've had the most wonderful experience working with Caelen Hume at Assertive Northwest. We had lost hope with strata complexes and property managers prior to interacting with her. Prior to working with Caelen, we've dealt with property managers at our previous strata complexes. We were looking to purchase a home in the Lower Mainland and as you can imagine, prices are sky high. We have encountered issues with an employee who displayed unprofessional behavior, was rude, and uncooperative. Additionally, this individual provided inaccurate information that was not mentioned in the Strata Document. After following up with Nizam (from Assertive Northwest), it is identified that the person has been appointed by the building council. Nizam would provide my feedback to the council. So, I decided to change my rating to 5, as Nizam followed up on this issue within 48 hours. Thanks.
