Caelen Hume at Assertive Northwest is a standout property manager. We’ve worked with her on multiple painting projects across several buildings, and every job has run smoothly because of her. She’s efficient, responsive, and gets things moving without unnecessary delays. On top of that, she’s genuinely great to work with. I wanted to share my experience using Assertive Northwest. I really like their communication system between strata council, property manager and owners. It is a very difficult industry to be in and I believe it is all about the people who is helping the strata run their building that matter. Out of curiosity I looked over Assertive's reviews, and feel compelled to provide a different opinion. I have served on a number of strata corporations managed by a variety of companies for over two decades. I feel Assertive meets my expectations of a professional property management company.
