First off, I would like to say that Summer and her team are top notch. She made the process very smooth and put all of my worries at ease. If I ever move back to Texas, she will be my first call.
Summer worked hard on selling my house. She’s active and a great communicator.
I have used Summer as my realtor for over 20 years, before she even opened Assent. We have done approximately 10 personal and business deals over the years. In those deals I would say we have had every obstacle thought of thrown at us and Summer handled them all. She has also been my property manager for 6 or 7 years now and I have never had issue with any clients she has put in a property. She will definitely put it all out there for her clients.
Can’t give zero unfortunately. They get ur money and disappear. Don’t waste your time go with name brand.
Hauna and the rest of the Assent staff were extremely accommodating and helpful for my wife and I as we moved in from out of town. I highly recommend this team, and I will use them again when it is time to sell.
