Summer was very helpful throughout our cross-country move. We had so many questions, and she was able to answer them all and allay all of our concerns, along with our difficult scheduling needs for home tours and inspections.

Horrible experience with Summer, She refused to make a contract to show to the seller because she felt unconfutable as I am buying from out of state. Was rude and ignored questions, and lied multiple times. What kind of agency is this? scare buyers away from homes, I bet the owner of the home would be happy to hear they are scaring off real buyers on the property, just highly unprofessional and HUGE red flags with this company.

We had such a great experience with Summer Mills while shopping for our new home. She was helpful and patient,always made our excursions fun. Then , was so professional helping us through the purchase ,and then the closing.She knows her business and is good at it. We are older and have bought several properties over the years,even so it was to our benefit to have Summer's guidance,as legalities are ever changing.It's a blessing to have a great real estate agent on your team.
