Very rude people.
I have been using their tools for my whole career on Euro cars and buy their tools for use in my Euro shop. I had a bit I needed that broke in a socket and with one quick call they dropped one in the mail and I had it in a few days to get my tool fixed! They are excellent at making tools and servicing them when you need them taken care of! Thank you guys
We've Been Using Them for Years as a Professional Repair Facility. I'm Not sure Why the Nicholis Review Below is Complaining About a Business not Doing Something the Business Doesn't Do, But in the Industry We Always Rely on Them!
Assenmacher makes some of the best tools ever. Really glad to have them supporting the professional auto repair industry.
We have been purchasing tools from AST for over fifteen years. Their product and personnel are excellent to work with. Additionally we find that we can always get the tool needed from AST more quickly than from a dealership or other sources.
